User Acquisition Specialist
FireGroup Technology is a tech startup hub established in 2016. Our aim is to build innovative startups to solve challenges, problems in the global E-commerce market using technologies. FireGroup is a combination of 4 product development departments, with offices in HCMC and Da Nang City:
- • FireApps – developing high-quality technology solutions for users on the Shopify platform
- • Socialhead – enabling customers to effectively manage and develop online business activities on “social media” channels
- • ManySales – providing online business development solutions, with many useful features linked into an optimal sales chain, helping users to save time and costs.

- • Plan and execute the paid ads channels including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopify Appstore Ads (similar to Google SEM) as main channels to drive growth and revenue.
- • Measure and report the performance of paid & organic campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs).
- • Manage paid, owned, earned channels to deliver communication goals as well as acquire, convert and retain users.
- • Brainstorm with Content Marketers on ad text, email copy, landing page text, social posts etc.
- • Brainstorm with the Designer on creating banner and video ads to meet communication goals.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- • Analyze segmentation based on customer behavior & interaction on CRM/CDP tools to create relevant and impactful messaging.
- • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- • Research and implement existing and new user acquisition and retention methods to drive user and revenue growth.
- • Identify trends and audience insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- • 1-2 years of experience in planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- • Good at English to understand and review the content
- • Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and email marketing.
- • Proficiency in analytical insights and reporting.
- • Problem solving skill
- • Creative thinkers willing to test big ideas and apply learnings to future campaigns.
- • Having knowledge of SEO is a plus
