Mid-Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
  • – Established in 2016, FireGroup Technology JSC is a tech company that specializes in web-app solutions for running the business on e-commerce platforms. FireGroup has now become the leading web-app provider, especially on both Shopify and AliExpress platforms.
  • – Our mission is to solve challenges & problems in the global E-commerce market by using technologies. We are looking for new members who dare to think big and grow bigger.
Responsibilities
  • – Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Managers to finalize the hiring demands & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline for Tech and non-Tech jobs.
  • – Sourcing: search passive candidates & approach for the right opening jobs
  • – Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, prepare candidate assessment forms, etc.
  • – Overseeing the hiring process & progress.
  • – Offering: prepare the offer, call the candidate to discuss about the offer and relevant information, follow up with the candidate until the final decision made, update newcomer information on the portal.
  • – Providing appropriate advisory to Hiring Team and candidate.
  • – Working with CBC team to organize Recruitment events (job fair, open day, seminar…) & partnership with universities for recruiting new graduates, interns.
  • – Advertising opening jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external sources
  • – Proposing effective recruiting solutions/plan/strategy/estimation
  • – Making relevant reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
  • – Proactively build passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool
  • – Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities.
Requirements
  • – Minimum 02 years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in IT companies
  • – Have good experience/knowledge about sourcing/job branding on LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, ITViec, Facebook, IT Groups, etc.
  • – Strong communication skills (Vietnamese, English)
  • – Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • – Able to work under pressure
  • – Have good self-learning and self-motivation skills
  • – Have “can do” attitude
  • – Very well organized
  • – Proactive, open-minded & autonomy
  • – Highly responsible
  • – Supportive & good teamwork skills
  • – Good networking skills
  • – Knowledge on marketing/PR is a plus
  • – Have experience in leading team is a big plus
